First course Combo platter for two Chicken fillets, garlic bread melts, breaded mushrooms, potato wedges with sweet chill & garlic dip. Butternut squash soup (V) Served with crusty bread and butter Smoked salmon salad & prawn parcel Served with granary bread and butter. Baked field mushroom Filled with brie, bacon & red onion.
Main course Whiskey Pepper Beef Pan fried strips of beef fillet with mixed peppers served in whisky and cracked black pepper sauce Baked Moroccan Chicken Spiced chicken breast served on roasted pepper couscous finished with cooling cucumber yoghurt. Stuffed Monkfish Stuffed fillet of monkfish wrapped in Pancetta and stuffed with sautéed spring onions and peas topped with a subtle garlic and white wine cream sauce. Minted Rack Of Lamb Roast rack of lamb with a mint crust, finished with minted gravy Roast Vegetable Crumble A selection of seasonal vegetables in provincal sauce topped with couscous crumble
